(#ad) Every year we love trying new fall traditions and last year we visited the prettiest zinnia and sunflower fields with Summer! I snapped this picture and it’s become one of my favorite memories! Do you live in the same city you grew up in or did you move somewhere new?

This is our first family picture in this home together! It was always my dream to move back to the city I grew up in, and now that we’re all moved in, it finally feels real.
